Ethnan,( the dogs name) was found by a passerby who saw the ground move. This day coincidentally was his third birthday. The dog had a whole lot of saviours : the man who unearthed him,firefighters who rushed him to a vet and nursed him back to life.
When the owner was approached for questioning, he said he had given the dog away, but police are still investigating.
I think this is rather very cruel and due punishment should be meted out on whoever committed this heinous crime.
