Kim says YES to Kanye after she gives birth to their daughter North'

Reports are coming in that Kim finally said “Yes” to Kanye and the couple are planning a September wedding in Paris.

The couple began dating in 2012 and welcomed a baby girl named North on June 15. U.K. tabloid The Sun reports that West got down on his knee after baby North arrived and Kardashian said "yes".

West, 36, reportedly gave his 32-year-old baby mama a rare black diamond ring as a push present, but no engagement bling yet.

"He has spent half a million on a ring as a push present and had it designed months ago in preparation," a source told The Sun. “He’s even more in love with her now than ever and they can’t wait to get married.”

This will be the first time West walks down the aisle, and the third time for Kim. She was married to music producer Damon Thomas from 2000-2004. In 2011, she walked down the aisle with husband No. 2 Kris Humphries. Her divorce from the basketball player was finalized earlier this month. Their marriage lasted only 72 days.

Kim gave birth to her first child Saturday 15 June - a month ahead of her due date.

Mail Online exclusively revealed that the reality star had been admitted to hospital in Beverly Hills the night before.

Kim had taken out a birthing suite at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center - a hospital of choice among many celebrities including Britney Spears, Victoria Beckham and Jessica Simpson.

The reality star is said to have splashed out more than $100,000 on her four day stay at the hospital.

A source told The Sun; 'Kanye wasted no money in making sure Kim had the best of everything while she’s in hospital.'

Kim left hospital on Thursday and is currently getting used to being a new mother.

Since the birth Kim, who is a social media enthusiast, has failed to post anything to her Twitter page.
