As the 32-year-old rapper and father of North stepped out of Los Angelese International airport on Friday, a swamp of pappazzi quickly stepped up to him with numerous questions and camera flash lights all up in his face. At this instance Mr West,charged at a paparazzo who was peppering him with questions and beat him blue-black attempting to collect his camera.
The photographer had to be taken to a hospital to treat his injuries where he told authorities that he wants to press charges against Kanye.
It is learnt that police officers will refer the case to the Los Angeles
County District Attorney's Office as a felony attempted robbery rather than the
lesser charge of battery, since He claimed Kanye tried to take his camera forcefully.
Prosecutors will ultimately decide which charges will be
filed, if any.
